When the next workshop is scheduled it will be posted. The workshop is limited to from six to eight students in order to provide maximum individual attention. All materials will be furnished for the class except mats. Mats will be available for purchase if desired. Classes will be from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm. The cost for the 3-day class is $200.
